Shipping and Return Policy

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Pop’s Midtown. We will gladly accept returns that are unworn with the original accessories, are in new and resealable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of postdating on the package or receiving the package.

Please note: We cannot refund the original or return shipping charges.

Apparel and accessories are the ONLY items eligible for return.

*During the Mardi Gras season, we accept online returns to our return center postmarked prior to February 3, 2026.

What is your in-store return policy?

You have until February 3rd, 2025 to make any returns and until February 10th, 2025 to make any exchanges as long as the items are unworn, have the original parts and pieces, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging. You will also need to have your receipt. After February 10th, 2025 all sales become final. We reserve the right to reject items we believe have been damaged or worn.

When should I see my refund?

Refunds are usually applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from the date the returned product arrives at our warehouse. During the Mardi Gras season this process may take up to 4 weeks, please save your tracking information. If your return was made in store please allow 2-3 business days for it to post to your account.
